In this project kids acted out various alien scenes or characters and recorded them as video clips. They could also cycle through previously recorded clips, record new ones, erase old ones and then print them out as flip books.

The interface was designed and programed so that the kids could control everything via pressure pads. Hence they could play back any previously recorded clips, start recording a new 10 second clip (with a 3 second count down and live feedback) and also delete clips they didn't like. There was also a "Jumping and Shouting" interface where the louder they shouted, the faster the video ran.
